* As the new equipment of cold processing of optical parts, Model JP0.5 Shafts-swing Polishing Machine is widely used in optical and electronic industries in the fine grinding and polishing of small lenses with high accuracy.
* The machine consists of mechanical system and controlled by PLC. Motors of the main shafts and swing shafts are controlled by 4 frequency converters respectively and stepless speed variation of the main shaft and swing house is achieved.
* The remarkable characteristics of the machine is that: before the main shaft starts to run, it can be adjusted within 0~45°by a bar and a bar nut, and take this location as the balance point, it swings within 0~20°(adjustable).
* The efficiency and quality are being improved greatly compared to the other optical equipment; especially that after the adjustment of the main shaft, the mechanical parts such as sliding house and veering house are connected very firmly which eliminated the space between the whole unit and realizes a more steady running with no vibration and low noise.
* The operating modes of the equipment are manual and automatic modes; the processing time of the parts can be set freely from 1 second to 99 hours according to the different curvature radius; when under automatic control, all the production is automatic except loading and fetching of the parts.
* Water pot design is one water pot for one shaft with great waterproof function and with an anti=spill door controlled pneumatically and electrically, its very convenient to load or fetch the parts.
